Join our growing People & Culture team as a Leader, People Advisory, where you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering employee-focused solutions across the organisation. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a team in developing and providing high-quality, scalable and pragmatic solutions for, first-level P&C queries, workplace health and safety, total rewards, and key cyclical people initiatives. Your expertise will help cultivate a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace where employees thrive.
**What You’ll Do**:
- **HR Advisory**: Lead a team to provide scalable, timely, and pragmatic solutions for people-related queries, policy interpretation, and enterprise agreements while driving digital solutions to enhance efficiency, compliance, and self-service adoption.
- **Workplace Health & Safety and Risk**:Oversee compliance, risk management, and workplace health and safety (WHS) within People & Culture, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s risk framework and OHS obligations.
- **Total Rewards & Cyclical People Initiatives**:Drive the execution of compensation, benefits, and cyclical people programs that enhance employee experience.
**About You**:
You bring extensive experience in HR advisory or business partnering, offering strategic guidance on employee relations, policies, and enterprise agreements. You have a track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams, ensuring they deliver employee-centric solutions with excellence. With a continuous improvement mindset, you proactively refine people processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and engagement.
