City of Monash is seeking for a passionate and experienced individual to join its People and Safety Team as a People Advisory Business Partner.

This maternity leave opportunity is a true generalist role reporting to the People Advisory Lead and is an instrumental contributor to the successful People Advisory function that serves the organisation with key human resources operations management.

You will provide quality coaching, advice, and support to people leaders and employees on a range of people matters including but not limited to probation, people movements, change of employment terms and conditions, workforce planning, recruitment, and offboarding.
