We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Account Executive** to support the **Localisation** team to manage the production and delivery of translated and in-language media. In this position, you will be a vital link between the Localisation team and our clients, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and addressing client needs in the realm of localisation services. You'll need an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, a curious mind, the ability to use your initiative, and a passion for inclusive communications.

Client Service is a critical role at Think HQ Group, galvanising the business’ multi-disciplined teams to deliver excellent work for integrated creative and localisation-led projects. You will work closely with other agency departments, including but not limited to strategy and research, PR, creative, production and technology (digital), among others. You will be the face of the business, representing the Think HQ Group to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Some of the things you’ll be doing in this role include**:

- Account management support and administration of integrated localisation content
- Budget development and ensuring client budgets stay on track
- Management of timelines and project deliverables
- Capturing meeting minutes and WIP management
- Working with team members to implement localisation processes, including dispatching materials to clients
- Proofreading and quality control of all creative assets, briefs and communications
- Ensuring all client objectives are met to timelines, within budget/scope
- Supporting the Head of Localisation and Senior Account Managers to maintain positive client relationships
- Ensuring work delivered is of a high standard and to the client’s satisfaction
- Maintaining excellent internal communications and progress updates with team members

**About you**:

- An undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in advertising, media and communications AND/OR localisation, language services equivalent relevant industry experience.
- You are a well-presented, self-motivated individual who is bright and enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal skills
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- You’re curious and have a keen willingness to learn new things
