Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 5.00pm

**Key Responsibilities：**

1. System & Platform Operations
- Manage e-commerce channels, including the company website, Etsy, and Pinkoi, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Operate POS & Inventory systems for system optimisation and efficiency improvements.

2. Project Management
- Utilize tools to track and manage co-operation and interface between departments.
- Ensure transparency and efficiency in project progress and deadlines.

3. Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a key liaison between different teams within the company.
- Introduce and implement streamlined communication tools to reduce errors and delays.

4. Process Optimization
- Support the integration of automated tools for customer handling, inventory updates, and operational tasks.
- Collaborate on creating standardized workflows to ensure consistency and improve efficiency.

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- Speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
- Has 1-2 years’ experience in operations or similar field.
- Processes strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
- Is highly detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Can identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

**Compensation**: Starting at $30 per hour during the probation period (1-3 months), with potential for increase based on experience and performance. This rate is negotiable depending on experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
