What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and completing residential maintenance plumbing jobs
  • Maximizing sales on every site by identifying and recommending long-term solutions to customers
  • Educating clients on smart repair options—not just quick fixes
  • Diagnosing and fault-finding gas appliances & plumbing systems
  • Operating Hydro Jetters & performing drain location with confidence
  • Performing repeat works and building strong customer rapport

Who We're Looking For
  • Experienced plumber in maintenance & sales (leadership potential a big plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to upsell ethically and educate customers on long-term value
  • Hands-on knowledge with Hydro Jetting & CCTV
  • Ready to work hard and enjoy the rewards
  • Qualified Tradespeople & 4th Year Apprentices welcome to apply
