We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic transformation and communication professional to join the Bureau of Meteorology's Community Services Group (CSG) to support a key strategic program, the Forecast Improvement Delivery Stream (FIDS).

The Forecast Improvement Delivery Stream (FIDS) will achieve an important set of business outcomes for the Bureau that will accelerate the release of value and benefits to customers. These outcomes include:

- increasing the frequency of the official forecast
- delivering higher resolution forecast outputs for populated areas
- providing customers with improved rainfall information
- accelerating benefit realisation from the new supercomputer by operationalising national gridded atmospheric analysis.

The role will be responsible for completing transformation and communication activities to ensure changes are planned and managed effectively. This will include working collaboratively with project teams, business process owners and internal and external stakeholders to identify changes, and to understand and address impacts.
