**The Organisation**

Our client is one of Victoria's public vocational education and a training provider that is prominently in Melbourne's southeast. A government-owned institute that offers over 250 certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, and bachelor and gr and graduate certificate courses. Each course is carefully structured to ensure that everyone who graduates finishes with the skills needed for their career.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Senior Communications Specialist, you will be sourcing, developing, and distributing communications that support our client's strategic vision and priorities, values and promote the success of the community.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to develop communication plans that support key stakeholders' objectives
- Develop, manage and distribute communications in a range of formats, which may include newsletters, print channels, online, blog content and video
- Review the effectiveness of internal and external communications and make recommendations to improve
- Build and maintain strong, effective, relationships with key stakeholders

**Skills and Experience**
- Competency in the development and execution of communication plans
- Copywriting and editing skills for a range of audiences
- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting methodologies
- Ability to coordinate content across owned and earned channels.
