**Your Impact**

At Asahi Beverages, we have embarked on a multi-year transformation to drive growth, efficiency, and productivity. This enterprise-wide transformation spans multiple teams and functions, making strategic communication crucial for success. Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, the **Manager, Transformation Communications** will lead and manage communications across a variety of channels to engage both internal teams and external customers, ensuring alignment with our transformation goals.

**Please note, this is a parental leave replacement role and will be offered as a 7month fixed term contract.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead strategic communications for top transformation initiatives, partnering with Change Managers and Workstream Leads.
- Manage the transformation communication strategy and plan, both internally and externally.
- Support senior leaders with key program-related communications and tools.
- Oversee the transformation customer communications calendar, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
- Develop best-in-class content for customer communications across multiple channels.
- Work with internal teams to produce engaging visual collateral, including videos and infographics.

**About You**:

- You bring 8+ years of corporate communication experience, with expertise in internal/external employee and customer communications along with expertise in leading change communications.
- You can connect business goals to communication strategies while managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in customer communications, especially within an FMCG or transformation environment, would be ideal.
- You're confident advising senior leaders and can influence effectively at all levels of the business.
- You’re adept at working across traditional and digital communication platforms and can brief designers to create impactful content.
- You thrive in cross-functional teams and are skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- You’re able to juggle competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Your keen attention to detail ensures quality and consistency in messaging.
