Operational Communications Specialist

**Your New Role**:
Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in home clinical care and services that meet the needs of the wider community. As our **Operational Communications Specialist**, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders, refining communications and managing SharePoint Hub sites to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information, facilitating employee engagement and use of communication channels.

**About you**:

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, effective, and targeted communications
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with others
- Demonstrated experience in employee communications, customer communications or a related business field
- Experience in managing a complex calendar across various channels and business priorities
- Ability to take detailed briefs or complex information and transform into engaging, easy to understand communications material
- Tech savvy and highly capable, with experience using content management systems, including Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint online
- Ability to craft high quality content in a fast-paced environment
- A demonstrated proactive, collaborative, and people-orientated approach
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven capability to deliver to tight deadlines
- Understanding of brand design principles and guidelines
- Basic graphic design and multimedia content creation is desirable
- Innovative problem-solving and creative thinking skills
