**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Customer Transformation Specialist to lead a critical Azure AI-driven transformation project for our client. This role requires an expert in Azure AI, machine learning, and customer engagement strategies, with hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-powered solutions in a healthcare or customer-centric environment.

As part of this role, you will develop AI-powered customer experience solutions, automate workflows, and provide strategic leadership to ensure long-term sustainability for our client.

**Key Responsibilities**
- AI Strategy & Implementation: Design and deploy Azure AI-powered solutions to enhance customer engagement and streamline interactions.
- Data-Driven Personalisation: Develop and implement machine learning models to personalise communications and services for patients and donors.
- Automation of Customer Workflows: Leverage AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- AI Governance & Training: Establish best practices, compliance frameworks, and conduct training sessions for our client's teams on AI adoption and governance.
- Continuous Optimisation & Monitoring: Oversee the ongoing fine-tuning and performance enhancement of AI models to align with client's evolving needs.

**Must have Skills & Experience**
- 7+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on customer transformation.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure AI (Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, AI Automation).
- Strong background in data science, predictive analytics, and AI model development.
- Experience in digital transformation and AI-driven customer experience strategies.
- Ability to architect and implement AI solutions in healthcare or customer engagement domains.
- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Experience in training and mentoring internal teams on AI adoption and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
