**What is the role?**
Reporting to the National Sales Director, Beevo is seeking a highly organised and motivated, office based, Account Executive to join our Business Development team. You’ll play an integral role in the relationship management and prospecting of Agency partners within the Commercial Real Estate industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and diligent Account Executive to build new and strengthen existing client relationships, achieve ongoing commercial growth, whilst supporting the broader Business Development team.
Based in our Melbourne office, the role includes but is not limited to:
- Daily communication management with agency partners to maximize the referral flow of business
- Prospecting and onboarding new agent partners over the phone
- Managing agency accounts and addressing account-based inquiries from agents
- Following up customer enquiries, leads and/or opportunities
- Providing excellence in customer service and professionally handling client and agent partner interactions
- Creating and managing reports for the Business Development team on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Supporting the Business Development team to achieve revenue targets
- CRM Management (Pipedrive)
- Daily use of Holistics & Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Data Entry
- Working collaboratively with the broader Beevo team
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Admin/ Customer Service role (preferably in a B2B function)
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
- The skill to build and maintain strong client relationships over the phone, as well as being proactive and solutions driven
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve specific KPIs and targets
- A self-disciplined ability to work autonomously as well as be a member of a close-knit team
- A genuine customer focused attitude with the desire to learn and assist the broader Business Development and Sales team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Drive, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google sheets and CRM experience (preferably Pipedrive)
- A proven multi-tasking ability whilst responding to ad-hoc customers queries
- A positive attitude and highly organised
- A general knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry or experience in the Real Estate support services industry; either or will be highly regarded for this position
The role has a base salary and strong incentives with opportunities for substantial growth within the business.
