Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together.

**Job Description**:
As our SMB Outbound Campaign Manager, you will continue to build and lead our Outbound Campaign Relationship Executive team. This team is a high velocity outbound relationship management team tasked with driving Afterpay’s continual growth by expanding and retaining existing relationships with SMB merchants who have a partnership with Afterpay. This is a highly ‘hands on’ role and a strong analytical background and knowledge of Salesforce campaigns an advantage.
You will have the opportunity to drive and influence Afterpay’s Outbound model for existing accounts working with global counterparts and bringing your experience and best practice to the discussion. While there is a lot of room to learn and develop, we’re looking for a leader that thrives in a challenging, fast paced environment, has a proven track record in partnering with cross functional teams to build their own channel and possesses the ability to strategically increase efficiency and exceed targets. While Outbound campaigns will be your primary focus, as a leader you will guide and influence the broader Merchant Success team, providing support to Senior Managers and enjoying associated development and exposure opportunities.

- Educate and collaborate with our wider business and cross functional teams on processes and support tools to maximise the team success
- Have a hands on approach to creating and owning our Outbound Campaign channel
- Create and maintain a culture of best practise on your team in: adherence with process and system guidelines, quality of merchant experience, and compliant sales methods
- Manage team time and priorities by maintaining an operating rhythm focused on merchant experience and pipeline progression
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance of your team to ensure monthly KPIs & targets are exceeded
- Provide reporting on team performance - closely monitoring these metrics with a focus on increasing productivity, opportunity closure and GMV growth
- Strategically optimise sales process including: call coaching, pipeline management and performance management
