**About the team**

You will be working as a part of small team where no two days will be the same This role is responsible for enabling the development, coordination and maintenance of the Sydney Trains Master Schedule for Capital, External Party and Maintenance programs through effective system administration of Sydney Trains' Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) System.

**The opportunity**

We currently have a Permanent full time opening for a Project System Administrator role within the Sydney Trains Engineering & Maintenance, Asset Management division.

The role is also integral to continuous improvement practices for Sydney Trains processes and systems, assisting project teams in developing the optimal to-be state.

The primary location is based in Burwood, with a flexible work arrangement.

**Key accountabilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for division-specific users and 'Superusers'. Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for all users (upwards of 600). Process requests, manage tickets, provide timely responses, and escalate to the appropriate business and/or technical stakeholders when necessary.
- Coordinate and deliver system training for new users, and coordinate and deliver 'refresher' training for existing users.
- Assist Project Teams in developing the optimal to-be state. Facilitate meetings and discussion with stakeholder groups to improve processes and system capability, draft process documentation and communication notices
- Assist with and perform Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) tasks to migrate and align data between Primavera P6 and external systems.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who can take accountability by being proactive through a changing environment. You will need to be an expert in project scheduling tools including Primavera P6 (essential). Experience with SAP and BI reporting will be an added advantage. You will be working within a highly collaborative and influential team, with a wide range of stakeholders. If you are from a finance accounting, engineering or IT background it will add benefit.

**Salary and benefits**

The salary for this position is **RC Grade 6 ($127,559 - $141,442)** per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
