An Australian iconic institution seeking a Project Coordinator for a 3-6 mth assignment based in the CBD

**Your new role**
As the Project Manager, you will be the back bone of the Project/Facilities team responsible for supporting the Project Managers in the delivery of projects to completion. Your duties will include:

- Preparing ‘Scope of Works’ document for each trade for quoting
- Ensure timely return of trade contractor quotes in order to meet estimating timelines
- Submit all prestart documentation as required by statutory bodies and in accordance with best practice.
- Ensure relevant council approvals and all statutory licenses have been issued
- Collect & submit all close out documentation & certificates as required
- General administration duties as required Vet trade contractor quotes to ensure consistency
- Attend and participate in weekly Project Planning Meeting providing accurate project updates as required.
- Raise & issue purchase orders
- Assist manager with daily project related follow ups and updates

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to be well organised, able to manage conflicting priorities, able to multitask and have:

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Prior Administration experience
- High levels of computer literacy (including Microsoft Excel, Project, Outlook and Word)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ideally qualifications in Project Management or Building and Construction, however not essential.
