Project Coordinator

Perth Central Business District, Australia UGL Limited Full time

UGL requires a Project Coordinator to work closely with our Project Management Team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and estimates for projects. You will be based on one of our offshore projects working a FIFO 2/2 roster.

**Main Activities**
- Coordinate project management activities and resources
- Liaise with Project Managers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Liaise between client, inspectors and onshore support teams

**Qualifications & Experience**

To be successful in this position, you must possess resource industry experience along with:

- Relevant Trade and offshore supervisory experience
- Mandatory NACE 2 certification
- Technical knowledge and skill in Painting, Blasting, UHP and / or carbon composite’s etc
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise duties appropriately
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have prior experience maintaining and navigating SharePoint
