Reporting to the Contract Support and Asset Management Supervisor, the **Asset Management Analyst** is responsible for analytics and revision of maintenance cost projections for existing maintenance contracts.

This role will provide a high level of support to operational sites, Pricing, Support teams and Managers to ensure contract projections align with budget and operational activities, thereby ensuring accuracy for financial reporting.

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple tasks with ease. You will have a problem-solving mindset, always focusing on the needs of the business and its stakeholders whilst liaising with a range of departments and services.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Strong maintenance or maintenance planning experience, a Mechanical Trade Certificate or a Tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar is preferred but not essential
- Advanced attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to review large amounts of statistical and technical data to identify areas of inaccuracy, produce cost projections and recommend operational improvements.
- Organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
