**Job Description**:
The Financial Analyst plays an active role in the Fiveight business, contributing to a portfolio of operational or development assets and specific projects across Fiveight.

The Financial Analyst will act as a Finance Business Partner to support Asset Management, Project Management and Development Management teams in relation to:

- tracking and maintaining cost control on projects;
- facilitating the annual budget/reforecasting process;
- the preparation of accurate asset forecasts, feasibility models;
- month end management reporting

that feed into the Corporate Planning of Fiveight.

**Qualifications**:
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or equivalent and achieved additional qualifications such as CA, CPA or CIMA.

Additional Information
- Experience with month end accounting procedures in a project environment
- Strong Excel and property forecasting modelling experience is essential, ideally in software products such as Forbury, MRI and Estate Master.
- Excellent understanding of the budgeting, forecasting and corporate planning process, including systems to support these processes.
- Proficient accounting knowledge and strong understanding of reporting systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
