Asset Management Engineers (AME) is an energetic, industry leading Asset Management Company
providing Plant Inspection Services, Asset Management Consulting, Contracting Services, Plant Risk
Assessments and Training solutions to premier clients in the Resources, Industrial and Government
sectors. At AME we assist our clients in maintaining compliance with MSIR 1995 and the relevant
Australian Standards. Through continued growth, AME are currently looking for an experienced selfmotivated individual to join our Inspection Team to conduct Plant inspections as well as promoting
our services throughout the Perth Region. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that
is well regarded in the industry.
Role requirements
- Perform Inspections, Audits and Reviews on mobile and fixed plant, to a high standard at

various Client sites
- Compile and maintain detailed electronic inspection records
- Produce high quality reports related to Inspections and Audits
- Review and verify relevant documentation related to the items of plant being inspected to

ensure compliance with the relevant Australian Standards and West Australian Legislation
- Use specialist inspection and test equipment, gauges and other commonly used measuring

devices as required in the performance of inspection and auditing
- Use knowledge and skills, from qualifications and experience, to assess statutory compliance

of Plant and Machinery in accordance with the relevant legislation and Standards
- Provide technical support and advice related to compliance matters
- Manage non-conformance issues related to the Inspectors client base

Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of at least 2 years' experience in conducting inspections
- AICIP, API 510 and NDT qualifications such as UT, MT, ET PT are desirable
- Engineering or Trade Qualifications
- CSWIP or qualifications as a Welding Inspector desirable
- A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards and Mines Safety Inspection

Regulations 1995
- Proficiency in word and excel

- An effective time manager and committed to achieving deadlines
- Adaptable with working hours
- Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia
