Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team. This is a critical role in supporting strategic planning by ensuring accurate data collection, lifecycle analysis, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize infrastructure performance.
- Analyze and maintain asset databases, performing lifecycle and condition assessments to inform decision-making.
- Conduct field inspections and maintain asset registry using GIS and other tools.
- Collaborate with departments to establish risk management and service level standards.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior staff and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or engineering, along with experience in municipal asset management or related fields. Proficiency in GIS technologies, spatial database modeling, and asset management software is essential.
