**About the Company**

I'm representing an established renewable energy developer with an excellent reputation and strong pipeline of diverse technologies.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for managing a number of renewable assets to maximize performance and revenue, whilst ensuring compliance is maintained. You will manage internal & external O&M contractors, key equipment suppliers, and will oversee quality assurance of the assets.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Prepare Asset Management Plans for all operational assets
- Oversee performance of O&M contractors and any third parties engaged in operations of the assets
- Prepare the budget forecasts for the O&M from the overall asset perspective
- Prepare monthly & quarterly reports to senior management and external stakeholders i.e. lenders
- Manage warranty with EPC contractors or key equipment suppliers
- Prepare & evaluate quarterly & annual performance calculations

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Asset management experience in renewable energy projects
- Good understanding of regulatory & compliance requirements
- Ability to manage tendering/contracting process to select O&M contractors
- Contract management experience valuable
