**About the Role**

**Salary: $71,635 - $82,270 per annum + super**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide **c**omprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Steward and the Steward’s Panel. This role is integral to ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of administrative processes within the Racing Integrity Department.

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**

**Administrative Support**
- Provide secretarial assistance to the Chief Steward and the Steward’s Panel
- Assist with timesheet processing and rostering for Harness Stewards
- Support other divisions within Racing Integrity during periods of leave cover
- Conduct data entry, reporting, and statistical tracking

**Document Management**
- Prepare and process all documentation required for race meetings
- Draft and distribute Stewards’ reports, correspondence, and other official documentation

**Operational Support**
- Oversee office supply procurement and inventory management
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for Stewards
- Manage maintenance and servicing of departmental vehicles
- Process invoices and financial transactions related to the department
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Transcribe inquiry proceedings with precision and confidentiality

- Strong administrative experience
- Good level of time management, planning and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Experience using Audio typing technology.
