**About the role at Lendela**

Are you a results-driven growth marketer wanting to make a positive impact on the everyday consumer? Join Lendela and help us revolutionize the consumer loans industry. With our technology-driven reverse auction model, we connect consumers with the best personal loan options available to them without hurting their credit score.

As our Growth Marketer, you will play a critical role in driving our rapid growth and success. You'll be part of Lendela's launch in Australia, delivering marketing initiatives that directly support our business targets while staying true to our mission. With the opportunity to work alongside our regional teams in Singapore and Hong Kong, you'll also be involved in shaping our long-term strategic plans.

**About You**
- Direct hands-on marketing experience
- Well-versed in Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google tools
- Comfortable creating ads and content
- Makes data-driven decisions
- 3-4 years’ relevant experience (startups, agencies or FIs)

**Other requirements**
- You're not afraid of stretch goals
- You're an active learner, extremely driven for growth and can drive results without being closely managed
- You're collaborative. We’re a scrappy team supporting each other in all things big/small.
- Sstrong knowledge of Australia market

**Seniority**
