Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create engaging visual and written content, including video production, articles, and user guides. Strong writing and editing skills are a must.

Ability to autonomously manage social media engagement and develop community management strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content best practices.

Experience in email marketing platforms and experience designing email campaigns.

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot) and a data-driven mindset.

Knowledge of SEO principles to optimise content performance.

We’ve experienced explosive user growth, reaching over 100k users within six months of launch, all without spending a single dollar on marketing.

We’re looking for a talented Growth Marketer to join our founding team. This role comes with the potential to evolve into a leadership position, making a real impact on the future of our brand.

This role also includes generous equity options as a founding member, offering a unique opportunity to grow with us. Currently with 50k global visitors to our website each month, we’re on a mission to scale StoryTribe into a $300M+ company.

As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for driving and executing our marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, expanding our community, and increasing user engagement. From social media and email marketing to content creation and community engagement, you will leverage your creative and analytical skills to build a robust marketing ecosystem that attracts and retains customers.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing: Create engaging content, foster audience interaction, build community, and optimise performance through analytics to drive reach and conversions.

Email Marketing: Create onboarding sequences, run promotional campaigns, and optimise performance with A/B testing to boost activation and retention.

Content Creation: Develop tutorials and guides, craft blog posts and case studies to educate users and boost our brand presence.

Community Marketing: Manage online channels, foster peer support, grow brand ambassadors, and build vibrant communities.

Customer Service: Deliver responsive support, gather and analyse user feedback, and share proactive updates to improve experience and retention.

Website Management : Ensure our website content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimised for SEO to drive organic traffic.

Growth Analytics: Track performance, analyse user feedback, and optimise funnels to improve acquisition, retention, and campaign results.

User Panel Management : Engage and reward user panels to ensure regular participation in user testing to provide valuable product insights.
