Looking for a flexible and inclusive environment that supports your career and training development? WesTrac has an opportunity for a **Material Logistics Coordinator **to join our team at our Perth Branch.

This integral role supports the New Machines Execution team with regards to procuring all parts and materials listed for work orders, expediting of approved goods and, quarantining and reclamation of stock items required for new machine builds.

As this role is the single point of contact for parts relating to sourcing and completion of the machine build schedule including the quality of all parts received and are responsible for the allocation of parts to the ‘end state’ work area. You will need to be analytically minded, improvement driven and have a positive mentality.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Experience in a Customer Service Role preferably in a Parts environment
- Effective communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal,
- Mechanical aptitude, keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret mechanical and technical information.
- Basic understanding of financial principles (e.g., budgeting, forecasting)
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- Caterpillar product knowledge (desirable)
