Work for a global business on a major construction site in Kwinana with the potential for ongoing work

**What you will be required to do**:
***:

- Maintain continuous communication with suppliers of equipment and services to ensure that delivery progress is measured, and dates are met.
- Liaise with relevant project stakeholders in a timely manner
- Identify and help resolve areas of schedule performance that could result in delay of supply and may require intervention to resolve
- Liaise with Procurement and Project Controls invoicing processes to verify that delivery milestones have been achieved.
- Liaise with Project stores team to arrange on-site delivery support
- Coordinate equipment inspections with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist Engineering with Preservation of materials
- Management of all project materials on site
- Cataloguing of current on-site project materials
- Provide materials management leadership and guidance to project teams
- Provide input into the development of materials management plans.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Previous experience within a warehouse/logistics/supply chain position or a related field
- Previous experience in construction projects is preferred.
- Experience in the Mining, Engineering or Resources industry is desired.
- Proficient in using SAP, MS Excel / Word programmes
- Excellent Organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication, relationship and interpersonal skills
