We are seeking someone with a growth mindset who is willing to take on a newly created role, open to change, willingness to learn and grow with the company. This is a diverse role that will be suited to a well-versed operator looking at their next challenge.

**The Role**
The new Fulfilment Manager will manage, oversee and lead the Recruitment Rostering, and Services Admin departments using best practises providing excellent service to customers and staff in the best way possible. They will maintain daily operations of rostering management, recruitment oversight and ensuring services are implemented and improved.

**What you’ll do**
- Process driven, you will bring your experience of creating, implementing and embedding SOP’s into the operation
- Leading and developing the Fulfilment Team, ensuring all team members are supported with clear individual and company objectives (Performance Plans),
- Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and succession plans for all team members.
- Responsibility for receiving, scoping, pricing (in line with pricing policy & client contracts), administering (in line with EA/roster compliance) and communicating the total roster plan.
- Fundamental team management tasks (training and development, leave management, demand fluctuation labour planning and general team engagement) are to align with overall business strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will require
- Business Admin degree or equivalent
- 1AC Security Licence - Preferred but not mandatory
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Card
- Computer Literate
- NSW Unrestricted Driving License
