**The Role**:
We are looking for a digital marketer with 2+ years experience looking to take on their next challenge as the Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator for the Collective Wellness Group brands. You will play a key role in assisting with the implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, franchisee and customer engagement. As an integral member of the digital marketing team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing while contributing to the success of our brands. This role will support our growing digital marketing team, helping to setup, guide and support franchisees, whilst supporting the growth of our online presence from a national brand perspective.

**Day to day will include**:
Content Creation

Campaign Coordination
- Assist in the coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and tracking of campaign performance

Social Media Management
- Support the management of social media channels for both brands, including content scheduling, community engagement, monitoring comments and analysing performance metrics
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure social content is aligned with brand campaigns and overall brand guidelines
- Plan and populate content within the EDMs to ensure they align with overarching content strategy
- Maintenance of mailing list databases to ensure they remain up to date

Creative Support:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including graphics, images and videos

Market Research:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform digital marketing strategies and campaign planning

Analytics and Reporting:

- Assist in monitoring and analysing digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation

Administrative Tasks:

- Provide general administrative support to the digital marketing team as required.

**Experience and about you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field desirable
- Minimum 2+ years in digital marketing, social media management or related fields would be advantageous
- Passion for digital marketing and the fitness/wellness industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
