Our client is a well known manufacturer and distributor of non-invasive medical equipment - capital items like operating tables, gas pendants and lights, in short if its steel and in an operating theatre they will manufacture it. They are family owned, like to promote from within and value long term relationships with their team.

You will be leading a multi-site manufacturing operation to achieve operational excellence through efficient scheduling and resource planning, effective inventory management, and rigorous quality assurance whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement and dedication to customer satisfaction.

About you and the role:

- Experience in a growing company well regarded
- Creating new process and implementing IT systems
- Design and review product specs
- Minimum 2 years managing a plant
- Oversee maintenance of plant equipment
- Manage people and deal directly with customers
- Ensure WHS and training of the team
- LEAN Qualified
- Desirable to understand industry quality standards
