Queanbeyan based factory seeking experienced team leader to supervise their team of machine operators

**Your new company**
This organisation is a national manufacturer that has been operating for over 100 years. They specialise in manufacturing building construction materials for residential and commercial buildings. As a Team Leader you will be based out of their Queanbeyan branch, have access to free parking and work with the large scale team onsite.

**Your new role**
As the Team Leader you will liaise with the Operations and Area Managers to assist with ensuring production targets are met. You will do this by;
- Overseeing your team - On either the morning or afternoon shift
- Conduct daily Toolbox talks with your team
- Assist on machines when needed
- Monitor and manage safety in the work place to minimise risk of accident/incidents

**What you'll need to succeed**
Are you a natural leader with a background in manufacturing and keen to drive a new team to success? If the answer is yes, keep reading

A successful team leader will have;
- Previous management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or related environment
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing and production
- A Forklift License is desirable but not essential
- The ability to work with a range of different people and coordinates them along with managing your own time

**What you'll get in return**
