**Your Next Role**

Reporting to the Site Manager, your mission is to, through your team, continuously seek improvements for the performance of the warehouse and despatch functions so that the operation safely produces and delivers to the agreed demand plans in a highly efficient manner, ensuring safe and targeted deliverables for our customers.

- Continuous improvement is a key focus with processes frequently reviewed to ensure our customers’ expectations are met and orders are delivered to requirement every time.

**Tumbarumba**
You will be based at our plant in Tumbarumba, NSW. This idyllic country town offers affordable living and the opportunity to be a part of a supportive community of people and is situated within 2 hours drive of Wagga Wagga & Albury.

**About you**
- Qualifications or demonstrated experience in a leadership role and managing logistics / warehousing / transportation coordination.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, or JIT (Just In Time) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
