We are often the first to reach an emergency during severe weather events and we are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the next 10 years.

Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Electrical Construction Supervisor **to join our North head team in Manly. You will report directly to the site superintendent and work collaboratively with our direct and indirect teams. You will manage and deliver the Electrical works on our construction site with a focus on driving a high performance culture with safety and impact on environment and community at the forefront.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in a construction supervisor’s position ( Water infrastructure advantageous - tier 1)
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to demonstrate experience driving and improving safety culture
- Strong people leadership skills
