Confluence Water, a Ventia, Downer and Jacobs Joint Venture, is one of three Regional Delivery Partnerships providing services for Sydney Water. We work hard to ensure that Sydney Water keeps running for people who live in the North Region of Sydney - rain, hail or shine. We are often the first to reach an emergency during severe weather events and we are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the next 10 years.

Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Site works Supervisor**to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This person will work Monday to Friday and report directly to the Central services team leader and will be responsible focusing on the operational maintenance and minor projects, with a specific emphasis on optimising asset reliability and performance. Working closely with our central operations team, you will manage ongoing maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth running of essential water infrastructure in collaboration with Sydney Water. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled trades professional to step into a leadership role in the water industry, with the chance to work on long-term maintenance projects and advance your career.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You come from a mechanical or electrical trades background, ideally within the water and wastewater industry
- You have proven supervisory experience and the ability to lead a maintenance team.
- Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to manage stakeholder relationships effectively

**THE ROLE**
- Supervising and coordinating maintenance activities on mechanical and electrical systems
- Leading a team in daily maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and equipment repair
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards across water and wastewater assets
- Managing maintenance schedules, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion of work
- Liaising with Sydney Water and other stakeholders to ensure smooth maintenance operations and effective communication.
