Civil Supervisor

Confluence Water, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three consortia delivering services under Sydney Water’s Partnering for Success program. The program is a ten year contract where Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water’s North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

Due to continued growth to meet the needs of our partner, Sydney Water, are looking ot appoint a **Civil Supervisor,** ideally wih some Mech experience, for an immediate start.

**ABOUT YOU**

Your experience as a Civil Supervisor in the construction indusry will be valued and will grow over our long term partnership. Initially this role will be based at the Sydney Water Plant location at **Hornsby **however you must be flexible to work at any number of sites across the north region (as described above) when required. You will supervise a diverse team of employees and subcontractors as we build, upgrade and maintain Water Treatement Sites.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Demonstrate competent and confident leadership in a demanding construction environment
- Actively promote zero harm while delivering projects safely, on time and cost effectively.
- Identify issues that may cause project delays and implement corrective measures (in consultation with the Project Managers)
- Planning of works on site and overseeing the plant and equipment, labour, materials and other resources
- Develop relationships with key resources across the two organisaitons to deliver safe, environmentally sensitive, inclusive and positive workplaces.
