What is the role?
We are looking for a permanent full time P&C Business Partner to join our thriving team The role reports directly into the People Partner Lead and will be primarily responsible for partnering closely with our venue operations team across Australia, providing support, guidance & coaching. One key aim of the role is to enable our Multi-site Operations Managers to improve their comfort level and ability to handle people related queries.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Providing coaching and strategic support to our operations leaders to make sound people decisions across the employee lifecycle
- Leading from the front to drive engagement and fostering a culture that is real, positive and inclusive
- Partner with L&D to deliver training including development and facilitation of course content
- Assisting & leading on implementing strategies out of our Happiness Survey findings
- Leading/Facilitating high-volume ER investigations both internal and external
- Ensuring legislative Compliance & generally overseeing the annual P&C cycle activities

Who are you?
- 2-3 years experience in a similar P&C Business Partner role in a fast-paced and dynamic business
- Exceptional influencing skills and have the ability to make fast, confident decisions
- Fun, enthusiastic and collaborative. You can achieve quick outcomes and not get too stuck in the detail
- Able to exercise sound judgement, discretion and empathy when dealing with sensitive issues and cases to deliver positive and productive outcomes
