Quality Assurance and Training Manager

**The role**: Join a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality customer service. The Quality Assurance & Training Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day support of quality assurance within the Digital Service Centre team, working closely in collaboration with our Team Leaders and Operations Manager you will provide regular coaching, identifying learning development needs and conduct training sessions and initiatives.This position will also monitor operations to ensure our customers receive a consistently positive experience.Are you right for this role?To secure this role you will demonstrate:

- Extensive experience in, a Contact Centre environment, with a thorough understanding of the operations of such an environment
- Extensive experience in customer service roles
- Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback based on identified needs
- Proven interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, oral and written communication skills
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Solid experience with on-the-job training and coaching
- Ability to work autonomously and as a member of the Digital Service Centre Management Team and the wider Digital Service Centre team
- Advanced organisational skills including the ability to establish own work priorities and manage time effectively, whilst remaining flexible to respond to changing needs in a busy environment
- Quality Assurance Experience (preferred but not essential)
- Analytical and reporting skills to identify trends
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practice principles
- Experience using ServiceNow, or a similar IT Service Management system essential
- Experience using Amazon Connect is preferred but not essential
