Our client, a prominent player in the hospitality industry, manages resorts and hotels across Australia. They are currently seeking a vibrant and dynamic individual to take charge of the hospitality operations at two stunning properties located in the scenic countryside of Victoria. As the **Hospitality General Manager**, you will be responsible for orchestrating the enchanting experiences provided within the **accommodation settings, cellar door, lively events, and restaurants.** Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless operation of all outlets and revenue centres. Reporting to the director, you'll have ample opportunities to showcase your leadership skills, cultivate your unique strengths, and formulate innovative business and sales strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage the day-to-day operations of two unique properties, including accommodations, cellar door and event coordination.**:

- **Uphold the highest standards of customer service and quality control, ensuring every guest receives a memorable and delightful experience.**:

- **Collaborate closely with the Director to implement strategic business and sales initiatives, driving growth and success.**:

- **Lead by example, inspiring and guiding a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and achieve excellence in all areas.**
