With the launch of our luxury hotel and continued expansion of our hospitality offerings, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of one of Australia's most prestigious estates.What you'll do:Oversee all hospitality operations across the Estate, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional guest experiences.Lead the successful launch our luxury hotel and ongoing managementLead and inspire a high-performing team across food and beverage, events, and accommodation.
Drive strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence while maintaining our luxury brand standards.Deliver world-class service for VIP guests and high-profile events.Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share.
