This unique business requires a Floor Manager who is a hospitality professional with an eye for details and understands the devotion and enthusiasm required to keep our cafe buzzing along as it should.

1) Rostering and staffing of operational positions in the FOH;
2) Training, morale and discipline of the FOH team;
3) Ordering and stock control, including co-ordinating with the Kitchen team where there are shared suppliers;
4) Management of the Point-of-Sale (Ordermate), including its up-keep and accuracy;
5) Upkeep of all general and public/staff areas of the cafe; and

6) Seamless day-to-day operation of the cafe as well as adherence to operating procedures and policies.
