**About the Role**

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will take an active and hands on role in working daily with the Finance, Operations and Sales teams as well as external stakeholders to the business.

**This role will include, but not limited to**:

- Processing the weekly payroll for casual and permanent employees,
- Weekly and monthly payroll related reporting and processing of statutory obligations, including payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG and WorkCover,
- Bank reconciliation each day, as well as chasing up collection of overdue invoices,
- Raising prepaid freight invoices,
- Investigating and resolving any credit claims,
- Human Resources adhoc tasks as required and
- Ad hoc tasks from time to time.

DUTT is a national sensitive freight road transport provider specialising in retail fittings and fixtures. We are seeking a Payroll & Accounts Receivable officer to manage the payroll and accounts operations based in our head office in Kilsyth, VIC.

**About You**
- 2+ years of payroll experience, with the ability to interpret modern awards,
- Accounts receivable experience _(highly regarded)_,
- Possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Excellent time management skills in getting the tasks completed in a timely and accurate manner,
- Initiative and process improvement skills,
- Great communication, people and customer service skills.
