We are a boutique allied health clinic providing primarily musculoskeletal rehabilitation, helping our patients recover from injuries and manage chronic pain. We are a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional care. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, personable Clinic Administrator to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated individual to handle a variety of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Tasks:_
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings.
- Process payments and issue receipts using clinic management software.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
- Enthusiastic, personable attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
