At BruderX, we're passionate about delivering world-class experiences to our customers. As a Handover & Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring every client enjoys a seamless and exceptional handover of their new trailer.

What you'll be doing

As the delivery coordinator you will be required to demonstrate the complete operations of new and used trailers to their new owners. This role will also require you to complete paperwork accurately, liaise with other essential departments and schedule customers accordingly. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating the full operations of new and used trailers to their new owners.

  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Ensuring all handovers are prepared and completed on time as scheduled.
  • Completing all paperwork and documentation accurately, including contracts and delivery forms, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Coordinating domestic and international freight bookings efficiently, optimizing logistics for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Representing BruderX with a professional image and approach during all customer interactions and handovers.
What we're looking for
  • Experience in the 4x4, caravan, or camping space (we love people who are passionate about this in their spare time).
  • RV or automotive industry experience highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Well-presented, professional, and confident in customer-facing situations.
  • Experience dealing with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • A current full and open driver's licence is essential.
