**About the Role**:
Organizing and managing social media accounts such as Redbook and Wechat Official Account.

Develping multimedia content that aligns with the organization's goals and target audience. This may involve writing scripts, creating graphics, recording and shooting videos or designing interactive elements.

Excellent communication skills that can connect with KOL, KOC and have an interaction with followers.

Organizing and managing multimedia assets in a centralized system, ensuring they are accessible and well-maintained.

Working closely with other team members.

Keeping up with the lastest multimedia trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of work and explore new creative possibilities.

Performing other duties as required by the company from time to time.

**About yourself**:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in relevant field.

Proficiency in using new media platform editors, image editing software and other tools. Additional skills in graphic design, photography are advantageous.

Strong proactive work ethic.

Can work under pressure.

**Prior working experience in Australia is preferrable.**

**Fluent in English.**

**Be able to work in Australia with no restrictions.**

**新媒体运营（Marketing Specialist - Multimedia）全职**

**工作职责：**

1、负责运营小红书、微信公众号等平台，负责相关社交媒体帐户选题、原创文章撰写、活动策划，制定运营计划；

2、独立负责新媒体矩阵的健全、优化，对增粉量，阅读量和粉丝的活跃度负责；

3、具有良好的沟通能力，可以和KOL、KOC对接，与粉丝评论互动

4、及时捕捉时下热点，并能结合公司业务及方向，主动策划各类传播方式，并探索品牌出圈的可能性；

5、完成品牌对外宣传性传播文案、事件稿件的策划和文章撰写；

6、紧跟新媒体运营模式，积极跟踪竞品动向，充分了解用户需求，及时优化自身账号运营方向；

7、完成公司、部门及上级交待的工作任务。

**岗位要求：**

1、两年以上新媒体运营相关工作经验；

2、有图文、短视频等新媒体相关实操经验，对文字及排版有一定的功底；有新媒体工作经验者优先。

3、熟练使用新媒体平台编辑器、图片制作、音视频剪辑等软件，有平面设计、摄影、视频制作等技能加分；

4、工作主动性强、内驱型人格，善于策划和主动构思运营方案；

5、细心负责、善于沟通，响应速度快，能适应新媒体工作节奏；

**6、有澳洲本地工作经验为佳；**

**7、英文流利；**

**8、有澳洲合法工作签证。**

薪资： 每年$46,560.00起
