**About the Job**
- Create and manage marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver on our objective to drive brand growth, increase brand awareness, attract new customer and build customer loyalty through appropriate marketing tools and plans.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to execute successful daily and seasonal marketing plans/campaigns, ensuring strong and collaborative relationships are maintained.
- Craft compelling product messaging and marketing content to be used across marketing channels that differentiates new products and services from others in the market.
- Perform market research to deeply understand our buyer characteristics and identify opportunities, trends and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate and support the business developments through marketing initiatives and leverage key sales data to drive outcomes.
- Incorporate online and offline promotion events.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure continual improvement of marketing, project, and stakeholder feedback activities.
- Collaborate with product team to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- perform other duties as required by the company from time to time.

**About you**
- 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for B2B or B2C Businesses.
- You should have a proven track record of generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and driving revenue growth through a variety of marketing channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
- a relevant of PR experience is preferable.
- have a good understanding of Food and Delivery Industry in Australia is preferable.
- **be able to speak Mandarin and English.**

**市场营销经理（Marketing Manager）全职**

**岗位职责：**
- 制定并执行公司的市场营销战略，包括品牌宣传，推广，销售渠道和公关活动
- 分析市场趋势和竞争对手，提供定期报告并制定相应策略
- 管理市场营销团队，包括招聘，培训和绩效评估
- 协调内部和外部资源，以确保市场营销活动的顺利进行
- 管理市场营销预算，确保资金使用效益最大化
- 与媒体，KOL，品牌合作伙伴建立并维护良好关系
- 开发新的市场营销渠道和创意
- 配合业务部门完成平台内容编辑和优化，首页资源位，后台信息配置等运营管理工作
- 参与APP整体运营计划，并有效落实执行，跨业务部门协作，保证活动执行进度
- 负责线上或线下市场运营活动方案执行与活动数据追踪，并进行整理和上级汇报
- 把握市场动态，收集分析运营数据，根据数据调整匹配的市场策略
- 对用户和商家进行分级和挖掘 ，输出对应的解决方案，提升平台的运营质量

**任职要求：**
- 拥有至少2年以上的相关市场营销或运营编辑经验，熟悉各种营销方式和特点。有营销专业或具有营销工作经验者优先
- 对互联网领域有浓厚的兴趣和热情，具备平台思维和数据敏感度，能够洞察市场趋势并快速响应变化。有新媒体，设计，编辑工作经验者优先
- 具备出色的团队管理和沟通能力，能够协调多个部门和合作伙伴，以实现公司的营销目标
- 具备分析和解决问题的能力，能够制定和实施有效的市场营销策略，从而提升品牌影响力和业务增长
- 熟悉互联网营销工具和技术，具备数字化营销的知识和经验，能够从数据中获取有价值的见解
- 具备较强的执行力，能够高效地执行和管理营销项目和团队，具备良好的抗压能力和团队协作能力
- 对审美有一定的要求，对工作质量严格把关，能够保证项目质量和执行效率
- 具备良好的英语沟通和写作能力
