**About the company**

Based in Subiaco, Hollywood Urgent General Surgery work as a comprehensive team and cover all aspects of acute care surgery. They have an extensive training and experience in a complex care environment, looking after critical patients. They have an access to regular scheduled surgical lists as well as emergency theatre availability.

Their team of surgeons participate in RACS continuing professional development, keep abreast of current literature and aim to provide the most up to date care possible.

They are currently looking for a part-time Medical Receptionist Trainee to join their team.

**About the role**

This is a part time role, and the daily schedule is from 8.30 am - 4.30 pm (Monday - Thursday).

Day to day duties (not limited to)
- Greeting patients
- Liaising with other medical staff or other medical health professionals
- Answering phone calls
- Organizing patient registration forms
- Booking and following up with new patients on system (Gentu)
- Chasing reports
- Scanning and Faxing

**About you**

Having a receptionist/business admin experience is desirable, but not essential. The successful applicants will showcase the following:

- Good time management
- Great customer service skills and a people-person
- Presentable as they will be meeting clients daily
- Computer literate
- Willing to learn
- Able to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Have an interest in medical field (preferable)
