**Talent Acquisition Advisor**

**About the Role**

**Duties**
- Work to a high standard in a busy, fast paced environment
- Develop and review position descriptions
- Facilitate and support the end-to-end recruitment process - advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, pre-employment checks
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of recruitment policies and procedures
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic and operational workforce plans
- Analyse and identify potential resourcing requirements for special projects
- Deliver operational reporting and metrics to inform relevant business leaders to make informed recruitment decisions
- Assist in identifying opportunities for promotion, secondment or reassignment

**Experience & Knowledge**
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and recruitment processes
- Employment contract creation and negotiation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Skills & Personal Attributes**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Able to adapt and respond in a fast paced recruitment environment
- Excellent time management
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
