Employee Relations Compliance Specialist

**Job Description
**The Employee Relations Compliance Specialist is a key role that will contribute to the set-up of critical policies and processes to reduce potential employee relations (and payroll) regulatory risk and exposure. This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for the testing, maintenance, monitoring and reporting of these regulatory processes. You will look for trends and provide data driven insights and recommendations that will be regularly communicated to People & Inclusion Senior Leadership.
**Your Opportunity
- In this role, you will work with the Reporting and Analytics and People & Inclusion teams to build a monitoring database and dashboards.
- You will get involved in compliance so that quality and risk monitoring processes are built into project outcomes.
- You will work closely with the Policy, Risk and Compliance, Employee Relations, and Payroll teams.

**Qualifications
- You have deep experience in payroll and systems.
- You take ownership for regulatory risk and exposure and drive continuous improvement wherever possible.
- You are a clear and effective communicator who works confidentiality across multiple teams and with Senior Leaders.
