**Job Description**:
Join Leidos' Corporate Affairs team as our Communications Manager, driving our internal and external communications strategy. You will be joining a newly formed Corporate Affairs team, encompassing Communications, Government Relations, Events and Corporate Social Responsibility under our Corporate Affairs Director. You will partner with the business and provide advisory and consultancy on all communications matters, including brand presence, marketing, employer brand and social media.

This role spans all areas, from strategy to hands on operations such as writing and compiling the fortnightly internal newsletter.

**Opportunities to deliver impact in this role include**:
In partnership with the Corporate Affairs Director, effecting change across the business;
- Driving employee engagement through a range of internal communications and events, and partnering with HR to develop and deliver proactive attraction and retention strategies;
- Building our external presence through earned, owned and paid channels;
- Supporting our presence at a range of external events including major interstate exhibitions and conferences;
- Helping the team develop and improve our suite of marcomms collateral.

**Qualifications**:
You are a seasoned communications professional with a minimum of five years of experience in a challenging corporate environment. You have proven results forming and executing a communications strategy with both an external and internal focus. You have knowledge of employer branding and have strong stakeholder engagement skills working with a range of functional leaders. You will work with all levels of the business from our CEO to front lines, so you must thrive when delivering end to end work, be it strategic or operational.
