Join our dynamic **Residential Division Marketing** team as a **Marketing Specialist** and roll up your sleeves and unleash your creativity As a pivotal member of our close-knit crew, you'll dive into the exciting world of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at fortifying the Paslode and Stockade brands.

You'll be at the forefront of new product launches, executing trade marketing activities, crafting captivating digital content and campaigns, and fine-tuning marketing strategies to ensure our brand and products shine brightly in the market.

In this role you will also take the ANZ lead on Digital Asset Management, deployment and channel execution of digital assets, provide in house capability with Adobe suite of design programs in order to support ANZ trade marketing calendar execution, digital campaigns and website updates.

Based in Dandenong South, Victoria with Hybrid (work from home - 2 days per week) available.

**_The Impact You'll Make;_**
- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager with the management and implementation of trade marketing activity for trade customers in Australia;
- Develop and deliver (in collaboration with agency partners, product, technical and sales teams) content and collateral to support brand and product collateral, technical communications, internal and external presentations for the Australian market;
- Events and promotions coordination for the Australian market;
- Work closely with the product teams to support the delivery of all product go-to-market plans for Australia in collaboration with ANZ;
- Support trade marketing and product teams to deliver packaging and merchandising solutions across our Australian Channel;
- Management of all division owned digital assets, including file management, maintenance, deployment and channel execution (ANZ);
- Ownership of inhouse graphic design function to support ANZ trade marketing calendar execution, campaign support and website updates (ANZ) and Intermediate graphic design skills including use of Adobe suite of design programs;
- Champion the maintenance, continued refinement and consistent execution of the visual brand identity/guidelines internally and with agency partners;
- Perform any other duties or serve in such other capacity as may be determined by the company management; and
- Comply with all ITW company policies and procedures including but not limited to EEO, anti-discrimination.

**_About you:_**
- Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, with experience in graphic design an essential part of this role;
- Intermediate graphic design skills including use of Adobe suite of design programs;
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a brand or communications role;
- Experience collaborating with channel customers to develop joint marketing plans;
- Experience with marketing campaigns and events from planning through to delivery;
- Excellent business communication & stakeholder engagement skills;
- Demonstrated Project Management skills;
- Demonstrated copywriting & proofreading skills;
- Passion for visual design and brand execution;
- Intermediate graphic design skills including use of Adobe suite of design programs;
- Construction industry experience valued preferred but not essential; and
- Driver's License.
