**Main Duties -**
- Provide excellent customer service to all Clients and Customers;
- Contact for and coordination of product recalls;
- Tracking of shipments;
- Translation work;
- Support Web-Analytics, as needed;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications -**
- 1 years plus in customer service (optional);
- Experience in a contact center environment or a work place with busy phone lines;
- You have a confident manner towards customer and a high focus on service;
- You are a strong team player with great communication skills;
- Outstanding English communication skills both written and verbal;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Approachable and personable;
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-managing;
- Very good MS-Office knowledge.
- Great phone manner is a must
