We’re seeking a strategic and experienced **Program Manager**to oversee large-scale water network and treatment plant construction and upgrade projects. This is a rare opportunity to influence delivery strategies, foster a high-performance culture, and contribute to future business growth.

This is a **mature, long-term program of works**with a strong focus on **sustainability**. You’ll be part of a high-performing team driving civil construction initiatives including treatment plants, network upgrades, asset renewals, and flagship sustainable energy projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead project execution, resource allocation, and asset optimisation.
- Collaborate across design, site, safety, environmental, and commercial teams.
- Ensure delivery aligns with The Downer Standard, financial targets, and compliance requirements.Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing tenders, procurement, and subcontractors.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience in delivering complex capital projects within a partner delivery model.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with forecasting and reporting capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Committed to Zero Harm and safety-first decision making.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
